Graduation Card

On Saturday, we attended my friend Narda's daughter's graduation party. It was a lovely party and the rain managed to hold off while we were there. Narda's daughter, Dayna, told us all about her project graduation party and the fun she had, and I couldn't help think back on my project graduation party...20 years ago! Where does the time go?? I'm on the planning committee for my 20 year high school reunion, which is taking place this summer, and I still can't believe it's been 20 years.

Here's the graduation card I made Dayna...

I used a bunch of different stamps, but let me know if you want to know a particular stamp I used and I can look it up.

  1. Very cool! I consider myself a "fake" crafter. I like to dabble, but don't really have any skills. You, on-the-other-hand, are a talented crafter with a vision. Very, very cool. I think I can learn a lot from you.

  2. Cute card Jenny!! And yes it was a lovely party! And a lovely grad!

  3. Darling....have you thought about opening an Etsy shop and selling your fabulous cards?

  4. Jenny your card made me smile! It's so bright and cheerful, like you!! It is one of Dayna's favorites too, along with Berta's. : )

  5. Mrs. Stranded - you're too kinda. And I hope to teach you a thing or two ;)

    Berta - thanks.

Adrienne - With work, crafting and blogging...I don't know where I would find the time for an Etsy shop. Maybe someday when Jim and I retire...in like 15 years!

Narda - awe, I'm so glad that Dayna liked the card!

  6. such a cute card and congrats to Dayna!
